Am I ordering the correct size?

Please view the size chart before placing your oder.  Theres also a brief description on each item underneath the quantity selection, that states the model size as well as the stretch factor.

Will you restock popular items?

 In most cases we will, depending on the item. Our goal is to offer a variety of style, comfort and introduce to our customers a taste in fashion that they made not feel confident to wear.

Can I change the color or size after my order was placed?

 You may, if the order has not been processed and shipped already. You may do so by contacting customer service immediately. We will manually make the necessary adjustments to your order, if the color/size you're recommending is in stock.

Does it fit true to size?

 Yes. See brief description of the item you select. Rather than give you all material specifications, we try to explain to you whether or not an item has great elasticity, is on the thinner side, has no stretch etc. These valuable notes, along with the size chart and knowing your true size should help you determine the correct size for you.

Discount code not working. What should I do?

Contact customer service. If you've already gone ahead and placed your order to insure you secure the item, we will honor the discount code by manually making the necessary adjustments and issuing a refund to reflect the promotion. Refunds may vary based your bank or financial institution.

I'm local and like to avoid paying shipping. Do you offer pickup?

Yes, free pickup is offered. We definitely wouldn't want you to pay for shipping if you're local and your preference is pickup.
